COMMUNITY SERVICE For more than 15 years, our alumnae chapter has supported the New Orleans Adolescent Hospital, a facility in the city that is not as well-known as the renowned Children's Hospital, but one that is sorely needed by its teen-aged patients. In the past years, we obtained a "wish list" of Christmas gifts, which we brought to our annual holiday party, and would deliver to the hospital. More recently, with significant budget cuts to the facility, our donations have been monetary. We are officially listed among the "Friends of N.O.A.H.", and have obtained several small grants for the hospital from the Sigma Foundation. |
