| The New Orleans chapter has always maintained a strong connection with our national organization. One of our members, Ann Buchler Williams, Gamma Eta, is a past National President. Chapter members have served in National Officer positions as Alumnae Director, Alumnae and Collegiate Coordinators, Meeting Planner/Convention Chairman, and Leadership Consultant. We are represented at every national Convention, and were chosen to host the 1989 Triennial Convention here in New Orleans. The chapter regularly makes Honor Roll status, and has achieved several Outstanding Programming awards as well as Alumnae Chapter of the Year. Anita Greco Bonura, Gamma Eta, Ann Hammond Seymour, Gamma Mu, and Cari Pequet Rhoton, Alpha Zeta, have beeen honored as an Outstanding Alumna of the Region. |
